This was the ONE bugbear I had in my sobriety... and many of my clients have struggled with as well.

They decide they want to stop the drinking... but the minute there's a party, wedding with an open bar or their best mate says the dreaded word, 'Drinks?' we're tearing our way there, to get 'on the level' with everyone else.

So now you don't want to do that anymore, it can be terrifying to say 'no' and risk the onslaught of ribbing and comments like, 'You won't last' or 'You're boring' or 'As IF!'

I mean, you're already wobbly, so the last thing you need is someone else trying to tip you over (i.e. gaslighting you so you fail).

Here's the thing though, the work starts with you selling your sobriety to yourself first! 

When you're sold on it, you convey a different energy... while people might test you, your whole vibe will show a strong determination that they can't mess with.

So with this hypnosis, you'll develop that strong determination without lifting a finger (other than to put your pods in your ears).
HOW DOES HYPNOSIS GET YOU SOBER?
When you're in your most rested state, hypnosis uses positive language and 'embedded commands' that speak to your subconscious mind.

Your subconscious mind is like the hard drive in a computer, where, once a document is created (or in this case an event, lesson or experience), it gets saved and stored in your subconscious which then drives your decisions and behaviours.

This is why people struggle to stop drinking - because their subconscious is still driving their decisions, emotions & behaviours. 

So bring hypnosis into the mix and it'll start reprogramming your thinking, which alters your thoughts, emotions and behaviours towards alcohol...  AND in a way that feels almost too easy to be true.
IS HYPNOSIS SAFE?
Hypnosis can be used for good... not so good... bad with good intentions... or good with bad intentions.

In other words, any hypnosis you do, make sure the person who created it is qualified. There are some bad ones out there, but there are also some great ones.
